Baystars FC is a fast-growing youth soccer club in Gloucester, Virginia. We do more than teach soccer skills; we mentor youth and help develop life skills and relationships that last forever.

Baystars FC is looking for reliable, friendly, ambitious coaches that are looking to get into club soccer. We offer competitive pay and incredible assistance for coaches that would like to get their license or diploma and coach a premier youth team.

Coaching qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Ability to work and interact with players & parents in a professional manner
