Surf and Turf

The 8th annual Baystars FC Surf and Turf will take place
at Woodville Park in Gloucester, VA.

U12 and younger Saturday June 1st 2019
U13 and older Sunday June 2nd 2019

This event is a great way to wrap up the spring season and kick off the summer!
Parent-Coaches are welcome!

REGISTRATION:
Youth Team Fee: $149 Early Bird Fee before April 15th (discount will be applied upon checkout)
$199 after April 15th.
Adult Registration per/player: $35

THE GAME:
FUN! FUN! FUN! The Surf and Turf is a 4 v 4 non-sanctioned soccer festival: 2 games on grass (turf) and 1 game on sand (surf). Shin guards are mandatory on the grass fields. Bare-feet or socks on the sand field.

RULES:
Roster size: 6 max; the over 30 division is exempt from a maximum roster size
Games: feature two 10 minute halves, with a 2 minute halftime
Game Ball Size: 4 or 5 ball on turf, sand soccer ball for the sand field
Other: No off-sides, No goalies, Sub on the fly

MEDALS are awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.

***The tournament committee reserves the right to combine divisions if too few applications are received for a particular division. Division dates subject to change depending on number of entries. In the event of inclement weather leading to the cancellation of tournament games, there is no alternate date for rescheduling and no refunds will be offered.***

This two day competition, with its festival atmosphere, brings a strong economic injection into our community with competing teams from Virginia Beach to Richmond.
